Our monthly fee includes individualized medical care, unlimited text messaging with your care team, appropriate prescriptions, habit change discussion and appropriate urgent (not emergent!) care concerns.
Medical Care Only. Monthly fee does NOT include medication costs.
Because our initial consult is at no charge, refunds after we initiate care may incur a fee.
Prior Authorization Fee - $75 Extended Video Visit - $120
